Shipping:
- Hollon Safe default courier for shipments weighing less than 125 lbs. is FedEx.
Hollon Safe uses various freight companies for shipments weighing 125 lbs. and up.
- By default Hollon Safe uses our accounts for FedEx and Freight, but Hollon Safe can use Dealer’s / third party’s FedEx accounts for outbound shipments.
- In an event of back order items Hollon Safe will notify the Dealer immediately.
- Due to the flexibility in shipping cost please feel free to get an accurate ship quote from us at anytime.
Documentation:
- Hollon Safe does not include any documents that indicate origin, other than required by the shipping carriers.
- Hollon Safe does not include Hollon Safe invoice or packing slip with any shipment going to drop ship customers.
- Any additional documentation the Dealer would like to include with the shipment must be attached to the purchase order!
Payments:
- A major credit card MUST be used in order to complete the payment process for drop ship orders. Other methods of payment such as: company’s check, personal check, money order, wire transfer or any other means of payment are subject to accounting department approval (First drop ship order MUST be paid with a credit card).
- Hollon Safe will invoice the Dealer only. The invoice will show the products cost plus S&H charges.
- Hollon Safe won’t bill or accept payments from drop ship customers (end-users).
General:
- Hollon Safe Co. does not sell to the public (end-users).
- All shipments information will be kept strictly confidential.
- Tracking number available upon request.
